This two day workshop is built around one thing.
Giving you a complete, structured system to train PDIs properly.
Not guesswork. Not bits pulled together. A fully integrated training package that has been written to align with the DVSA National Standard for Driver and Rider Training.
Most instructors who move into training struggle because they do not have a clear system. They know what to do in a lesson, but not how to develop another instructor to deliver it consistently.
That is exactly what this workshop fixes.
On day one, we focus on the structure behind the training.
You will work through the full framework of our PDI Training Package. How it is built, why it works, and how it links directly to the National Standard. We also cover the theory side of training PDIs, so you understand what you are developing, not just what you are delivering.
In the afternoon, we move into commentary driving.
Not as a tick box exercise, but as a tool to develop awareness, anticipation, and real time decision making. This becomes a key part of how you train others.
Day two is where it comes together.
You will learn how to deliver effective role play using modules from the PDI Workbook. Not scripted conversations, but structured training that develops thinking, decision making, and consistency in your PDIs.
By the end of the workshop, you will not just understand the package.
You will be able to deliver it with confidence.
You will be able to structure training properly, link it back to the standard, and develop PDIs in a way that actually improves the quality of their lessons.
You will also understand how to position and sell the training package to your PDIs, so it becomes part of your business, not just something you use.
To attend this workshop and be eligible to deliver our PDI package, you must have been an ADI for a minimum of 3 years and be actively engaged in CPD.
