The workshops we currently run are:-
In-Person Workshop
This course is ideal if you have a Standards Check or Part 3 booked, are expecting to get one soon, or simply want to update your skills. Unlike some other courses that tell you what to say and how to tick boxes to pass the Standards Check or Part 3, this course helps you to develop your current skill set and gives you new ideas and models to help you to deliver great training on every single lesson that you provide!
Standards Check Workshop & In-Car Coaching
This course is ideal if you have a Standards Check or Part 3 booked, are expecting to get one soon, or want to update your skills. Unlike some other courses that tell you what to say and how to tick boxes to pass the Standards Check or Part 3, this course helps you to develop your current skill set and gives you new ideas and models to help you to deliver great training on every single lesson that you provide!
As part of this offer, you also get a 3-hour in-car 1-2-1 session, and a two-hour online 1-2-1 session, to confirm you understand the training you have received.
In-Car Coaching
Knowledgeablee Instructor Trainings 2 Day in-car coaching workshop is designed to give you the ‘EDGE’ in coaching drivers. This two-day workshop will give you an understanding of different coaching models and how to apply them to help your pupils to become more aware, problem-solving drivers and more self-aware to address the factors that will impact them as drivers post-test.
Online Workshop
This is a Zoom workshop and is 4 sessions held over 4 weeks.
If you want to develop your coaching and Client Centred Learning skills, from the comfort of your own home, then look no further. This four-module course will introduce coaching to you and help you to understand the purpose of coaching, explore coaching vs client-centred learning, look at where instruction fits into coaching and develop skills and techniques to help you to develop your coaching skills and deliver great Client Centred lessons.
This is a Zoom workshop and is 4 sessions held over 4 weeks.
In this workshop, we cover the 5 main reasons why ADIs and PDIs fail their Standards Check or Part 3. As well as looking at the reasons why they fail, more importantly, we look at strategies you could use to help you gain those extra marks and pass your SC/P3.
1-2-1 Online Training Sessions
This course is ideal if you have a Standards Check or Part 3 booked, are expecting to get one soon or if you simply want to update your skills.
This hour-long online workshop will help you develop a framework for structuring Client Centred Learning lessons.
