Description

Most instructors are not struggling because they don’t know enough. They are struggling because they are seeing things too late, solving the wrong problem, or correcting behaviour without understanding it. Over time, that creates a plateau.

Micro Refinement is built around one principle: small, precise adjustments in your thinking create significant changes in your instruction.
