Which one is right for you
Log it, or be coached through it
Choose Reflect if you already reflect well and just want somewhere reliable to record it. You want the structure, the prompts and the commitment tracking, and you are happy to do the thinking yourself.
Choose Reflect Pro if you want a second opinion on every reflection. The AI reads what you have written and asks the questions a good trainer would ask: what else could have caused that, what would you do differently, what evidence do you have that it worked. It is the difference between keeping a log and being coached through it.
