1. Who we are
This website is operated by Knowledgeablee Instructor Training Ltd, trading as ADIkit. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 14076647. Our registered address is
2 Forest Farm Business Park. Fulford, York, Y019 4RH.
You can contact us at enquiries@adikit.co.uk or on 07790 456 012.
2. About these terms
These terms apply when you book training with us, buy a product from us, or subscribe to one of our apps. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you book.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the version published on the day you booked.
3. Booking and payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. Your place is not held until payment clears.
Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, but never after you have booked.
If we cannot accept your booking, for example because a workshop is full, we will tell you and refund you in full.
4. In-person workshops
This covers our CCL and Standards Check Workshops, Edge-CCeLence in-car coaching, Train the Trainer, and any other training delivered face to face.
If you need to cancel. Give us at least 7 days' notice before the workshop date and we will refund you in full. After that point we cannot refund your fee, because the venue, catering and materials have already been paid for. We will always try to move you to another date that suits you instead, subject to availability.
If you do not attend. No refund is available for non-attendance without notice.
If we need to cancel. Occasionally we may have to cancel a workshop, for example if numbers are too low to run it or a trainer is unwell. If that happens you can choose a full refund or a transfer to another date. We cannot reimburse travel or accommodation costs, so please bear that in mind when booking non-refundable travel.
On the day. We cannot be held responsible for loss of or damage to your personal property at a workshop venue.
5. Online workshops
If you need to cancel. Give us at least 4 days' notice before the session and we will refund you in full. After that point we cannot refund your fee.
If we need to cancel. You can choose a full refund or a transfer to another date.
Joining. You will receive joining details by email before the session. It is your responsibility to check them and to have a working internet connection, camera and microphone. We cannot refund a session you were unable to join because of a problem at your end.
6. Pre-recorded online training
Pre-recorded training is delivered digitally and you get access as soon as your payment clears.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to change your mind. That right ends once you access digital content. By completing your purchase you agree to immediate access and accept that you lose the right to cancel, so we cannot refund pre-recorded training once you have been given access.
Access is for life. Once you have bought a course it stays in your account and you can return to it as often as you like. If we ever have to change the platform we use to host our training, we will give you access to the same content elsewhere.
If the content will not load, is incomplete, or is not what was described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
7. eBooks and digital downloads
Digital products are delivered by download or by email link once payment has cleared.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a purchase. For digital content that right ends once the download begins. By completing your purchase you agree to immediate access and accept that you lose the right to cancel. This is standard for digital products and is the reason we cannot offer refunds on eBooks once downloaded.
If a file will not download, is corrupted, or is not what was described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
8. Subscriptions
This covers Reflect, Reflect Pro and the KIT Video Hub. All three are sold and hosted through Teachable. When you subscribe, your payment, billing and account are handled by Teachable, and their terms apply to your subscription alongside these ones.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your Teachable account, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-used months or years.
We may update the apps and the Video Hub, add features, add content or change how they work. We will give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces what you get.
9. Paper log packs
Printed log packs are physical goods and are posted to the address you give us.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, and a further 14 days to return the goods to us. They must be unused and in a resaleable condition. Return postage is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or not as described. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

11. Our materials
Everything we produce, including workshop handouts, slides, eBooks, log templates, video content and the contents of KIT Mag, belongs to us and is protected by copyright.

12. Conduct

13. What we can and cannot promise
Our training is designed to develop your skills and understanding. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome, including a pass on your Part 3, ADI Part 3 or Standards Check, because the result depends on your own performance on the day.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the training or product concerned.
14. If something goes wrong
If you are unhappy with any part of your experience, email enquiries@adikit.co.uk and we will respond within 7 working days. We would always rather hear about a problem and put it right.
15. Your data
We handle your personal information in line with our privacy policy.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
