This session develops your questioning when you are trying to work out what has actually happened. I take you through a simple process that gets to the root cause of the issue, rather than stopping at the surface.
You will also see how the same process lets you compare and contrast a similar situation, so your learner builds their own understanding far quicker than they would through traditional fault based questioning about what went wrong and what to do differently next time.
