Gordon Latto
Gordon is one of our in-car trainers, delivering our 2-day Edge-CCeLence Workshop, and is one of our Brand Ambassadors for Scotland.
Gordon has a military and police background covering road policing, intelligence management and project work on restructuring.
He offers learner, fleet and instructor training and has been an ADI since 2020, achieving Grade A on his last standards check.
He is also an examiner for RoSPA and offers driving assessments on a wide range to fit most people’s needs.
Road Safety and behavioural change are front and foremost in his mind, and the reduction in KSI is a constant goal.
A long-term goal would be to see road safety developed more into the school curriculum, to include a form of theory test being a recognised award.

Bridgit Richardson
Bridgit is one of our in-car trainers, delivering our 2-day Edge-CCeLence Workshop, and is one of our Brand Ambassadors for the Midlands.
Bridgit has always been passionate about helping people grow in confidence and reach their potential.
She spent 20 years teaching Sanskrit and Advaita philosophy, while also running weight management and patient support programmes, all centred on helping people make positive, lasting changes. Along the way, she qualified as an NLP coach, supporting individuals to manage nerves, build resilience, and face life’s challenges with strength and clarity.
For the past 20 years, Bridgit has been a driving instructor — a path inspired by her own experience of loss and the importance of road safety. She loves working with nervous pupils and finds it deeply rewarding to see their confidence grow until they feel calm, capable, and in control behind the wheel.
Bridgit is also passionate about improving the training given to new instructors. Having experienced poor support herself, she is committed to offering guidance that is practical, honest, and encouraging. Today, she is proud to be a Grade A 51/51 instructor — a result of her dedication, consistency, and love of teaching.

Pennie Alexander
Pennie is the owner of Dare To Drive, and joins us as our Brand Ambassador for East Anglia.
Why have I, Pennie Alexander, decided to be a Brand Ambassador for KIT?
After taking the Diploma in Driver Education through the DIA, Level 3 Certificates in Substance Misuse and Education and Training, and the BTEC4 Professional Award in Coaching for Driver Education through Tri-Coaching, I attended Mick and Lee’s first course, which made complete sense to me. I have recently started writing for their magazine as I believe in their ethos of a top-down approach to driver education and development.
I have attended Lisa Dorn’s Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors accredited CPD course and have just completed a Higher Education Certificate in outdoor mobility and driver assessments through Driving Mobility and Oxford Brookes University achieving a Distinction. I’m now working on the Diploma, Drive with confidence: stress management, anxiety reduction and confidence building in driver training, through Confident Drivers and will be attending the Bright Coaching diploma course in coaching and behavioural change for safe driving.
I am Fleet qualified and have delivered training to Ocado Drivers, drink-driving rehabilitation sessions and improvement sessions to full licence holders of all ages. I currently work as a driving assessor for people with medical conditions and disabilities, I coach people to drive both manual and automatic vehicles and help develop the skills of PDI’s and ADI’s on an individual basis. If you’d like to develop your skills on a one-to-one basis, why not get in touch and see what I can do to help.
