Scaling is not just getting your learner to pick a number before they start the session and then another number at the end of the session, neither is it a method of determining the level of support required. It is far more than these examples and many others we see being used.
This workshop will help you understand how to use scaling so that you get the most out of it, we achieve this by using the SMOOTH Scaling model.
